Meet Mara Bellini

Chef Mara Bellini trained in Naples and Chicago before opening Cinder & Crust with a menu that pairs classic technique with Midwestern seasonality.

Pizza should feel generous, alive, and rooted in place. We build every pie around flour, flame, and whatever the neighborhood is craving this week.

A great pizzeria is equal parts craft kitchen and public living room.

Naples apprenticeship

Completed a year-long apprenticeship focused on fermentation and wood-fire service.
